CLLARE CM Guidance system

The CM guidance system's job is to issue commands to the CM and OSM RCS (and possibly a PM), in order to control the orientation and velocity of a CLLARE hardware configuration. The precise commands to send are determined by comparing the navigation system's estimates of the current position, orientation and velocity to those required by the flight plan. Designing the guidance system is a problem in control engineering.
