Current considerations on supplying electrical power to the Command Module center on taking advantage of the availability of cheap, compact and rugged fuel cells like those manufactured by Ultracell. These fuel cells are typically methanol fuel cells, designed to breathe their oxygen from the surrounding atmosphere on Earth. We are therefore planning to keep a bank of these cells inside a separate pressure vessel in the CM (they cannot simply be placed in the crew cabin, since the cabin becomes depressurised during EVA).
