CLLARE commercial launch vehicle options

We should compile a list of commercial launch options.

Optimistically, we'd like the CM to have a mass of about 1500kg and the LL to have a mass of about 500kg. Allowing at most 1500kg extra for gas and liquid supplies, fuel, etc. leaves us with a total mass of 3500kg. None of these estimates are based on particularly hard numbers yet, so let's round things up to 4000kg to give us a nice round number and a bit of a safety margin.

We are therefore interested in commercial launch vehicles that can lift about 4 tonnes of stuff into low Earth orbit.
